Ochre & Lime Painting Co.
Core $997A fictional house painter
Five pages, tap-to-call and a quote form. The everyday standard, done properly and fast on a phone.
I design and build websites for painters, landscapers, plumbers and other local service businesses: a first website if you have never had one, or a rebuild of the one you have. Clear on a phone, honest about what you do, and easy to contact.

Wrenfield Plumbing is a fictional company, made up for this demonstration. The phone number is a reserved 555 number and this form sends nothing.
Three complete example websites, one for each package. The businesses are fictional, but the sites are real: open any of them and use the pages, the navigation and the forms. Nothing you type in them is sent.
Signature from $5,000A fictional outdoor lighting studio
A high-desert house you walk up to at dusk and light yourself: scrub the hour from sunset to night and switch on the paths, walls, garden, water and house. It shows how far a Signature project can go. Signature work is designed and quoted individually, and not every project includes effects like these.

A fictional demonstration, not a client project. It is much heavier than this page, so it loads only when you open it.
Two fixed prices and one proposal, for a first website or a rebuild. As you move through the packages, each one puts its own example site on the stage; open any of them and click through it yourself. Care and priority are optional extras, off unless you turn them on, and nothing is decided until the scope is in writing.

| Optional priority | Not included | Not included | Ask about Priority: Accelerated milestones and their pricing depend on your project and on confirmed availability. | Example | Ochre & Lime Painting Co. (fictional) | Ribbonwood Landscape Studio (fictional) | Sablelight (fictional) |
Core Managed Care is $59 per month for hosting, ongoing website maintenance and routine content updates. Care for a Growth or Signature site is quoted to its scope. No care plan is on sale yet: each needs its written service terms, tested operations and a reviewed agreement first, so for now you can ask about it. Billed monthly, separately from the build, and only if you choose it. It starts after launch. Always optional: you can take a self-managed handoff and host the site yourself. Your own hosting and domain costs then apply.
Domain registration and renewal are separate, paid by you to the registrar and registered in your name. If you do not have one yet, I help you choose and register it; if you already own one, I connect it.
Tell me your timeline when you get in touch, and I will say plainly what is realistic before you commit to anything. For Signature, faster milestones and their pricing depend on your project and on confirmed availability: ask about Priority. Priority is about the first preview or milestone, never the launch date.
Many small-business websites are not ugly; they are unsorted. Turn the ring and watch a cluttered homepage put itself in the order a customer actually needs. Then change who is visiting, and watch the order change with them.

Measured live on this demo page. Quillhaven Heating & Air is fictional.
Sort out my site The business in the instrument is fictional; the thinking is what you get.
One written scope, two payments, and your site goes live after it is paid for. Here is the whole path, including the part after launch.
If your business is a fit for what I build, I make a concept of your homepage from what you already publish. Looking at it costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
We agree the pages, price and schedule in writing. You pay a 50% deposit before substantial work begins.
50% deposit paid
I build the site on an unlisted review link: it is not listed or indexed, but anyone with the link can open it. You review it and use the revision rounds in your package.
After the revision rounds in your package, you approve the finished site and pay the remaining 50%.
Balance paid · live
Your site goes live on your domain. The domain is always yours, and so is a finished Core or Growth site (Signature ownership is set out in its proposal). I help with everything needed to launch: if you do not have a domain yet, I help you register one in your name (you pay the registrar directly), then I connect it, set up SSL, test the live site and hand it over.
Then choose how it is looked after: a self-managed handoff, or optional care once its terms are final (Core Managed Care for a Core site, care quoted to scope for larger sites).
The order never changes: the concept is free, paid work starts after the written scope and the deposit, and the site goes live after the balance is paid.
I'm Reed Miller, and Drenin is the name I work under. I design and build Drenin websites and answer for every part of them, so the person you talk to on day one is the person who launches your site.
That makes ambitious work possible without it getting lost between people: the concept, the build and the launch stay in one head, and every decision is written down where you can see it.
You email me, not a ticket queue, and I answer every message myself.
The person who draws the concept is the person who builds it and puts it live, so nothing is lost in a handoff.
If you ask for something I have not built before, I say so, test whether it works, and only then put it in the written scope with a price.
Two small experiments from building this site, for the curious. They show how I test readability, layout and motion before I use any of it on a real business's site. Neither is part of a package unless a proposal says so, and each one loads only when you open it.
Try it: about a minute
Change the spacing, the colors and the screen size of a fictional electrician's page, and watch it stay readable. It is how I check that a design holds up on every phone.
Custom visual work, for fun
The hexagon floor behind these pages: tilt it, change the cells and the light, and drop a ripple. It is the kind of bespoke visual work a Signature project can include, when it is agreed in writing.
Every control changes the real page on the spot. The same set of design rules keeps it tidy and readable as its spacing, colors and screen size change.
Panel upgrades, EV chargers and rewiring for homes across the county, from an electrician who explains the work before starting it.

Your browser has WebGL turned off, so the field shows as a still pattern everywhere on this page.
The same surface runs behind this whole page: it lies flat as a floor at the top, stands up like a wall further down, and opens into the window at the top of the page when you play it.
Tell me about your business, whether you need a first website or a better one. If it is a fit for what I build, I will make you a free concept of your homepage. There is no obligation, and one line back is enough to say no thanks.
